1. Delivery Coverage & Geographic Zones
HafiYawee operates full delivery operations across Kigali City (Gasabo, Kicukiro, and Nyarugenge districts) and major provincial trading centers:
- Kigali Urban Zone: Kigali Heights, Kimironko, Remera, Nyarugenge, Kacyiru, Gisozi, Nyamirambo, Kanombe, and surrounding areas (Same-day or next-day delivery).
- Provincial Hubs: Musanze, Rubavu, Huye, Rwamagana, Muhanga, and Rusizi (2 to 3 business days via regional dispatch partners).
2. Order Lifecycle & Status Progression
Every order placed on HafiYawee transitions through clear, real-time lifecycle milestones:
PENDING
Payment verified & order received.
PROCESSING
Merchant packages goods & assigns courier.
OUT FOR DELIVERY
Courier in transit with active live GPS stream.
DELIVERED
Package received & inspected by customer.
3. Inspection Upon Handover
We encourage all customers to inspect the outer packaging and contents upon delivery in the presence of the courier rider before confirming delivery.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts & Rescheduling
If a customer is unreachable via phone or unavailable at the specified delivery address, our courier will attempt contact up to two (2) additional times. You may reschedule delivery by calling customer care or contacting your assigned rider via the live tracking portal.
